Everything was good, including good staff and stunning location on the beautiful golf course area. The food was fresh overall. Location: the hotel was so close to the main highway, and a creek and golf club. We had the most wonderful few days there.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings of big trees, a river, and even a golf course nearby. The peacefulness of the area made it the perfect getaway. Secondly, the attention to detail in the cottages was impressive. From the AC and free internet to the spa bath and massage chair, they had really thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the little extras like the TV, MP3-HIFI, and Nespresso-type coffee maker. Finally, the staff at this hotel were outstanding. The owner, Mark, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to our needs. His knowledge of the area was invaluable in helping us explore and make the most of our stay. We were truly impressed with our experience here.

Honestly, there was nothing that we didn't like about this hotel. Everything was beyond our expectations.

We had a fantastic stay at Avoca Cottages Victoria. The cottages were comfortable, well-equipped, and offered a beautiful view of the bushland. The spa bath and massage chair were a good bonus. The owners, Deborah and Mark, were friendly and provided us with great advice on places to visit. Thanks to their recommendations, we ended up changing our plans and had a wonderful time exploring Ballarat. We would definitely go back to Avoca Cottages again, it was so great! I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely cottage in Victoria. The attention to detail was incredible, and the cleanliness was second to none. As a housekeeping manager myself, I tend to notice everything, but I couldn't find a single fault! The staff went above and beyond, even turning on the lights and heating before our arrival. The location was perfect, tucked away in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast provided was a delightful bonus, with a variety of options to choose from. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

We stayed here for Easter, and we liked the fact that the room was well-heated with heaters in the lounge, bedroom, and bathroom. They also provided a good continental breakfast with cereal, fruit, and toast. the spa in the bathroom was nice, and the massage chair was a great addition.

The noise from the highway was terrible. We could hear the trucks booming as they went by, and it really disturbed our peace.

The spacious and clean cottages were equipped with excellent facilities, including a spa, massage chair, and hospital bed for disabled guests. The friendly staff ensured all our accommodation needs were met. the hotel had ample parking and was easily accessible by transportation.

    Couldn't fault.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area, surrounded by greenery and a golf course where you can enjoy leisurely walks. The cleanliness of the cottages is commendable, with crisp linens, well-maintained facilities, and a comfortable bed. The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing for a self-contained holiday experience. Additionally, the friendly and warm welcome from the staff adds a personal touch to your stay.

Everything was perfectly fine, no improvements needed.
